Junior High is an exciting time! It’s a time of transition, of friends becoming more important, and of students learning more about themselves and their relationship with God. At Hope, Junior High students (grades 6-8) are welcomed into our confirmation ministry, PowerLife. Here, we focus on building relationships, learning more about the Bible, what it means to be Lutheran, and how to apply these things to their everyday lives!
PowerLife meets Wednesdays through the school year.
Volunteers are needed!
PowerLife leaders are the heartbeat of our ministry. If you would you like to volunteer with PowerLife, click here to learn more!
The Landing works alongside Hope’s Student Ministry team to provide a safe place for students in grades 7-12, who are experiencing difficult times. It is a safe place where students can live a freer, healthier and more God-centered life! Through weekly small and large group discussions, we will explore biblical truths, talk freely about what’s happening in our lives, and bring to light current issues and challenges, encouraging one another to work through them in Christ-centered ways. Students are encouraged to join us for a free meal at 5:00 pm in the Bridge, followed by class from 6:30-8:30 pm.
